International Day of Peace, September 21, is a universal celebration of humanity's commitment to peace. There are no political or religious restrictions and it is open to anyone, anywhere. All donations will go toward maintaining this dedicated website and making sure that the information is renewed and up to date.

Your donation will help us:

• Track Peace Day events worldwide and present them in the Events Database
• Publish the annual CPI Report, listing Peace Day events by country
• Research and present facts about ongoing Events Database peacebuilding activities
• Develop tools and resources that can be downloaded and used to organize Peace Day events
• Promote International Day of Peace in all parts of the world

All donations are made out to Pathways To Peace, a non-partisan, not-for-profit organization located in Larkspur, California. The International Day of Peace website was created by Pathways To Peace, in their role as International Secretariat for the UN-designated project Culture of Peace Initiative (CPI). The site is being maintained by Pathways To Peace in cooperation with the World Peace Prayer Society (WPPS).
