3. Website Access

A. You are hereby granted permission to use the Website in compliance with these Terms of Use, on condition that:

(ii) publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage Pathways to Peace or any third party or expose Pathways to Peace or any third party to liability;

(iii) submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that violates any law, or is otherwise inappropriate;

Although Pathways to Peace has the rights described above, it does not assume any obligation to monitor User Submissions for inappropriate or unauthorized content. Pathways to Peace also expressly disclaims any responsibility for any inappropriate or unauthorized content that may be considered by any Users to be contained in any User Submissions.

Pathways to Peace will remove a User Submission if properly notified that the User Submission infringes on another's intellectual property rights. In particular, if you are a copyright owner and believe that a User Submission infringes your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

(i) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

(ii) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;

(iii) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material;

(v) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

(vi) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
